This book is an underground play book for growing your company online.  In other word I will say it is a blueprint of strategy for the growth of your company online in most effective ways. This book has five major sections with heading and sub headings of strategies.

The DotCom Book is written with the help of real-life facts that the Brunson himself had faced and struggled for that how he came out to this online. The written narration is in the very easy syllabus and you will completely engage during reading this book from one page to another.

  1. Ladders and Funnels:

This chapter deals with ladders and funnels. Russell uses the terms Ladder and Funnel for products and process respectively and explains in very easy descriptions.


He used the Ladder as a symbol of an attractive product. Each step shows a product’s value, as you will go up to the ladder, its value will be higher.


Funnels are used as a process which you can drive up the customer to a higher level.

Both terms are used in an absolute way by Russell Brunson in his DotCom Book.

  1. Your Communication Funnels:

In this chapter Russell exerts on the communications with the customers on a regular basis. He points the strategy of communications. According to him, your personality should also be attractive so that during your narrations or communication, your tone, character and looks plays a very important role on putting a good impression on your customers although your main aim is to get him in your pipe line for selling of your products. This makes it easier for them to related to the brand and helps to improve the sales figures.

  1. Funnelology:

Third chapter is dealing with sales. Here Russell emphasized on sale methodology. Numerous steps are discussed one by one inside sub heading of Funnelology.  He also told that how he used reverse engineering in his product findings and its sales. He gave the new ideas to do business online. He wrote in his book that doesn’t try to re-invent the products, by giving real life examples. He explained the methods of analysis of traffic for your products that where your traffic is coming. In short words, author asks you to study and adapt other successful channels to make your own, which is anyway a more practical approach. He practically explained in this book which makes this book a wonderful.

  1. Funnels and Scripts:

This chapter, also, is a sequence of funnel techniques. He created and describes too many funnel’s scripts in this chapter. Like previous chapters, this chapter is also full of exciting stories from personal experience of author and his companions.  In this chapter, there is too many types of funnels discussed in details which surely will be helpful to you in setting up or creating a new funnels for your products.

Although the secrets to the creation and use of channels, have been exposed too much in this book, but Russell Brunson knows that not everyone has enough time to create it. So he create a software application that helps you create channels easily. This Chapter is a type of advertising program for clickfunnels software. However, there are interesting readings too in this chapter.

This program helps increase sales by also providing an easy-to-setup tool and the affiliate program page for your website.
